Track Clamps and Videos for Making Rolling Ball Sculpture
Looking to make your own RBS and need a way to hold the tracks in place when adding spacers? And not only hold the track rods in place, but also keep them perfectly spaced so the width is always the same? Then look no further, you are at the right place.
These clamps are solid square aluminum set up for 1/8″ rod. Although if you are using metric rod, I can sill make you clamps for the size materiel you are using.
TWO ball sizes! These clamps will set the spacing for 1″ balls and 1-1/2″ balls. Choose your own adventure and start making tracks!
Both ball sizes are available in glass marbles or miniature billiards.
Right now I have: –
6 – in stock.
$60 each – when you buy one.
$50 each – if you buy 4 or more. (save $10 ea.)
– Price includes shipping in the USA –
Please let me know if you are interested. I will be creating them in batches and may not always have some in stock – but can make more in about a couple weeks on request.
I can also make you custom clamps for a different ball size or a different material size than the standard spacing and sizes above. A popular option is to have the clamps sized for golf balls (1-3/4″) using 3/16″ rod for the tracks.
Also! Do not forget to purchase the Videos I have on “How to Make Rolling Ball Sculpture“. I have three videos. 1st video is How to Make a flat spiral. 2nd video is How to make a Helical Lift. 3rd video is on the tools I commonly use to make RBS.
How to make track spiral: $25
How to make a Helical Lift: $35
Tools I commonly use: $10
But if you buy all three videos the total price is only $55. (save $15)
Keep in mind that in the video I weld and use stainless steel. However, most of the techniques I use can be applied to other materials. And if you have questions, please don’t hesitate to ask once you’ve viewed them.
Interested? Shoot me an email with the inputs on the right and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
