This little desktop Rolling Ball Sculpture is on the smaller side, making it easy to display just about anywhere. The tracks curve and weave in and out of the frame, and the whole thing has a bit of a roller-coaster feel to it.
There’s a loop d’ loop, a flat spiral and a tipping arm, with plenty of smooth, curving track connecting everything together. The balls are loaded into the queue at the top and released with the press of a finger. Let one go at a time or release them all and watch the tracks fill up.
A compact, manually operated RBS with no motor or electricity needed—just gravity and a handful of marbles.
100% stainless steel, TIG welded.
